Responsibilities

• Identifying potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader opportunities from a prospecting perspective
• Counselling clients confidently on communications marketing including PR, digital, social, and content creation
• Overseeing client programmes and driving integrated campaigns
• Taking responsibility for a portfolio of accounts and managing teams, developing junior team members, and line management responsibilities
• Directing media engagement strategy for clients and coaching teams to activate and deliver coverage, leading from the front

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years’ experience working with leading agencies
• Experience working with clients in the energy sector is key
• Experience working in the corporate sector is a must
• Strong knowledge and experience in putting together communication strategies, tactical planning, and being the client lead
