Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full 360 sales cycle.
  • Drive PaySpace growth through a dynamic blend of inbound and outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Team up and engage with our global sales teams.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of deals to our delivery team post-closure.
  • Provide feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a SaaS company or start-up.
  • Expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use.
  • Knowledge of UK labour laws and legislation.
