Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.
  • Calculate employee benefits, deductions, and other payroll elements.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and tax filings.
  • Stay informed of changes in accounting and payroll regulations.
  • Prepare and file financial reports with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department and employees on payroll-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Availability to report to the office as needed (once a week or every fortnight).
  • You have to have your Own Visa / Own Sponsorship.

Benefits:

  • Offered Salary: 5000 - 7000 AED.
