Architect

Description We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of architectural projects from inception through to completion. This role requires a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate client visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Develop architectural designs and concepts in collaboration with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (engineers, contractors, etc.) to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
• Drafting and Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and address feedback.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with project budgets and design goals.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Project Management Support: Assist Project Managers in project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities as needed.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Proven experience in architectural design and project management, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software. Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and creative architectural solutions. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Certification: Registered Architect (RA) or pursuing licensure is preferred.
