Responsibilities

Project management
Works well with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
Have a good knowledge of where Deel is hiring and Deel services
Set up outreach campaigns for customer base
Preventing and eliminating churn
Growing relationships with a larger book of clients and promoting their growth at Deel

Requirements

Ideally 1-2+ years of experience within Customer Success
Has experience within a Regional/Global book of business
Experience in outreach campaigns & automation
Used to deal with escalations, or frustrating customers
Take good ownership & accountability
You speak, read and write in English and German fluently
You are based within EMEA timezone

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
Experience working in a remote team
Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up
Fintech or HR tech experience
