Responsibilities You will provide advice on how to best structure internal processes to drive growth while using Deel's product adoption and help the client with their remote global workforce. Managing up to 200 accounts, you will work on project management, collaborate with internal teams, and set up outreach campaigns for customer base.

Requirements 1-2+ years of experience within Customer Success, experience within a Regional/Global book of business, experience in outreach campaigns & automation, used to deal with escalations, or frustrating customers, take good ownership & accountability, you speak, read and write in English fluently, you are based within EMEA timezone.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones, experience working in a remote team, experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up, Fintech or HR tech experience.
