Responsibilities
- Lead an onboarding organization across EMEA
- Create models and plans for how we onboard customers, focusing on Customer Experience, Time to onboard, and Process Consistency
- Drive metrics across our EMEA team and report out on business needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an implementation or onboarding position with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-ups, a big tech company, or in consulting
- Experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
- Experience working on a remote team
- Fintech or HRtech experience
- Multilingual
