Lead an onboarding organization across EMEA
Create models and plans for how we onboard customers, focusing on Customer Experience, Time to onboard, and Process Consistency
Drive metrics across our EMEA team and report out on business needs

Requirements

5+ years of experience in an implementation or onboarding position with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-ups, a big tech company, or in consulting
Experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
Experience working on a remote team
Fintech or HRtech experience
Multilingual
