Responsibilities

  • Lead an onboarding organization across EMEA
  • Create models and plans for how we onboard customers, focusing on Customer Experience, Time to onboard, and Process Consistency
  • Drive metrics across our EMEA team and report out on business needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an implementation or onboarding position with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-ups, a big tech company, or in consulting
  • Experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
  • Experience working on a remote team
  • Fintech or HRtech experience
  • Multilingual
