Responsibilities

Lead an onboarding organization across EMEA
Create models and plans for how we onboard customers, focusing on Customer Experience, Time to onboard, and Process Consistency
Drive metrics across our EMEA team
Report out on business needs and work with onboarding leadership to create smooth transitions from prospect to long-time customer.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in an implementation or onboarding position with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-ups, a big tech company, or in consulting.
Experience in project management.
Track record of achieving metrics and developing successful expansion plans.
Experience introducing and launching new technologies/strategies into existing operating models.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones.
Experience working on a remote team.
Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale-up.
Fintech or HRtech experience.
Multilingual.
