This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon or the comfort of your living room.

Responsibilities 1 | Student Acquisition: You identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses. 2 | Proactive Sourcing: You organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings. 3 | CRM Management: You manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot. 4 | Tackling Objections: You review 2-3 call recordings per week to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills. 5 | Event Participation: You actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products.

Requirements You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. You have a track-record in successfully closing high-ticket deals (ideally to BtoC clients).

Preferred Qualifications Autonomous Leader, Market Curiosity, Sales Savvy, Digital Savvy, Growth over ego, Team Player.
