Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new sellers through offline partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations across UAU, Saudi, and Kuwait.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture relationships with existing sellers and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Growth to develop and launch a new category focused on art.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to drive seller growth and engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Driven to achieve ambitious goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Enthusiasm for the luxury industry and a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate or up to 2 years Experience in business development, partnerships, or client relationship management.
  • Existing network of contacts within the luxury or art industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and strategies.
