Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business partners and opportunities.
Conduct initial consultations with potential partners, understanding their needs and presenting our solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to close new business deals and secure partnerships.
Track and report on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a track record of securing and nurturing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
A degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
