Inpay is a dynamic and agile organization in the payment and remittance space, seeking to cement our customer focus in the Middle East by adding a local sales and relationship managers to our team. We are looking for an exceptional, like-minded individual to join our diverse, energetic team with a strong and proven track record in the area.
Role summary
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the complete sales cycle for our range of products in the payment industry. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Commercial, Product Management, Operations, IT Development, Funds Management, Risk, and Compliance. Your key performance indicator will revolve around onboarding new customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing the value they derive from Inpay.
You will be based in Dubai and will be expected to work collaboratively to achieve individual and team targets.
Responsibilities:

- Deliver new business sales to meet individual and team targets
- Manage the full life cycle of new financial institutions, including identifying, qualifying, analysing, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Generate prospect meetings via trade shows, association participation, conferences, warm leads, and established relationships in the payments industry
- Work closely with the Marketing Department and dedicated BDR to manage leads and provide feedback on activity results
- Gather high-level requirements to provide a solution selling model to customers
- Demonstrate the financial, efficiency, and brand value of solutions to a wide variety of stakeholders in the buying decision process
- Collaborate with product owners to identify strategic partnership opportunities underpinned with rigorous business cases, strategic rationale, and financial analyses
- Use analytical tools and data analysis to drive decisions, identify new areas of opportunity, and demonstrate business impact to stakeholders
- Build strong interpersonal relationships across the business, product, and cross-functional teams to help deliver results
- Represent Inpay at trade shows, such as Seamless and Money 20/20
- Deliver new business sales to meet individual and team targets
Qualifications and skills:

Minimum of 5 years of payment experience working with cross border remittances or similar, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the MENA region
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with strong analytical, communication (verbal/presentation/writing), and attention-to-detail skills
- Confident and highly effective influencer with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to work
- Able to handle a high workload and multitask with ease
- University education preferred but is not essential
- Language skills such as Arabic, Indian or Pakistani is an advantage
