What will you be doing?
Allurion Business Development Managers help design, evolve and execute the Allurion sales strategy within Abu Dhabi/AI Ain, owning the sales cycle from lead generation to consistent revenue. You will help build and maintain strong client relationships and managing your sales pipeline to deliver maximum short-term impact and consistent long-term results.
You will work cross-functionally feeding market intelligence back to the executive regional director, marketing, product development teams to help inform sales, marketing and product strategy. You will help build and maintain strong client relationships and manage the sales pipeline to deliver maximum short-term impact and consistent long-term results.
You will need a thorough understanding of financial and marketing information to monitor results and the development of contingency plans. You will help to deliver maximum short-term impact and consistent long-term results within the Abu Dhabi & Al Ain markets.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in medical device sales, preferably in the bariatric and/or aesthetic medicine industry (or closely related industries)
- Develop and drive Allurion’s business growth within Bariatrics, Gastro & Aesthetics medicine focusing on medical weight loss
- Extensive network of contacts in the Abu Dhabi / Al Ain markets to enable quick penetration
- To use a consultative sales approach to develop action plans framed under the Allurion 4C Success Model.
- A sense of urgency and high standard of accountability
- A track record as a strong individual contributor and exceptional work ethic

This is a remote position that requires travel within your region
**Travel:**There is potential for some international travel for company sponsored events.
**Hours:**Hours for this role may be flexible and will be communicated to the selected candidate by the Hiring Manager.
