Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a Business Development Representative who will be working with our client based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a 360 digital marketing company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals, all while working remotely. You will focus on strategic outreach, especially in B2B sales, and establishing solid relationships with agencies.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has excellent communication, negotiation, and remote collaboration skills. Independent work ethic combined with effective team collaboration skills. As well as having strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Discover and target new business opportunities in the market.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, with a focus on agencies in the B2B sector.
• Lead the sales process from initiation to the final deal, working remotely.
• Collaborate remotely with teams across Mantive Global to ensure top-notch client service.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor movements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development or similar roles.
• Proven experience in agency interaction, especially in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and remote collaboration skills.
• Independent work ethic combined with effective team collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
