Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation through cold calling.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result positive closures.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously.
- Be smart / sharp to analyse and pick the right prospective leads which will result in a positive closure through situational approach in convincing the potential customer.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably native English speakers or someone with the ability to converse with a neutral accent.
- Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven to reach success.
- Ability to maintain work ethics whilst handling a remote role.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours a week during as per UK / EST hours as per the client.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sale & Marketing role is a definite advantage.
