Business Development Representatives - Based in Dubai (Remote)

Description

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation through cold calling.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result in positive closures.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously.
• Be smart/sharp to analyze and pick the right prospective leads which will result in a positive closure through a situational approach in convincing the potential customer.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to problem-solve and excellent negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven to reach success.
• Ability to maintain work ethics whilst handling a remote role.
• Ability to commit to 50 hours a week to work in the UK Hour Shift - including daily training & coaching.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should be based in Dubai or in the GCC Region with a valid resident visa (Under Parents / spouse / independent Visa).
• Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sale & Marketing role is a definite advantage.
