Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing multi-language advertising campaigns on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Developing targeting strategies for different audiences across regions.
- Optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and continuously improving results.
- Collaborating with content and creative teams to create relevant ad materials in different languages.
- Conducting audience research to identify segments, interests, and behaviors for more accurate targeting.
- Monitoring campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and making data-driven adjustments.
- Preparing campaign performance reports, analyzing insights, and developing recommendations for further improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in social media advertising.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in targeted advertising.
- Proven experience managing ad campaigns on multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) in different languages.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign results and implement optimizations.
- Knowledge of targeting strategies, A/B testing, and audience segmentation for multilingual campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to effectively manage advertising budgets and optimize costs.
