Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set up and oversee the operation of chatbot systems to deliver high-quality customer interactions.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to continually enhance chatbot effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members to craft engaging and responsive conversational scripts.
  • Gather and respond to user feedback to improve chatbot functionalities and user satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technologies.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on effective chatbot usage and management.

Requirements

  • No experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Basic technological proficiency and interest in digital communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance chatbot functionality.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing requirements in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience with chatbot tools is an advantage, but not necessary.
