Chief Product Officer (FR & EN Fluent)

This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or from the comfort of your couch (at least one trip to UAE per quarter is to be planned)!

Responsibilities

• Craft the overall product vision & strategy to create innovative and impactful programs in alignment with Paradox’s goals.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle while ensuring that learning design aligns with the vision & educational goals.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends with the objective of setting long-term product goals to drive product innovation & differentiation.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role with expertise in product management ideally in both B2C and B2B/B2B2C.
• Solid track-record in Ed tech, Edu-tainment, content platform, digital media, or education, digital agency, or any related sectors.

• Strategic thinker, Strong leader, Visionary.
• User-focused with a real appetency for UX and UI design.
