Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the successful launch of our Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation.
  • Product Expertise: Become a Deel expert and a go-to resource.
  • Communication & Presence: Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems.
  • Team Contribution: Collaborate closely with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in a customer onboarding or implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product.
  • Customer Obsession: Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: 3+ years of experience in Implementation or Technical Account Management.
  • Global Experience: Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Gainsight.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in English and German.
