- Providing excellent support across chat, emails, and phone.
- Developing expert knowledge of the Hofy platform.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues/bugs.
- Advocating for customers internally.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Customer Support.
- Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product.
