As a Bilingual-Speaking customer support operator at Invisible, you will play a crucial role in driving our client’s success by providing support to customers & drivers for issues and queries via live calls. Responsibilities Providing support via live inbound phone calls to resolve diners/drivers queries and issues promptly and in a professional manner. Document all necessary notes & vital information from customer & driver conversations. Requirements Fluency in spoken and written English<>Cantonese, Availability Sunday-Saturday to work, Must meet minimum system and internet requirements. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets while maintaining high quality standards. Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
