The platform empowers property owners and managers to manage and market their rental businesses online. The team is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help users by responding quickly to customer support requests, troubleshooting, and guiding them on how to make the most of Lodgify.
Responsibilities
- Provide information and advice to solve issues.
- Respond to requests for assistance via email or telephone.
- Maintain client relationships through product support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Report customer feedback/issues.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills in English and French OR German.
- Passion for creating the best customer experience.
- Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries.
- Familiar with cloud-based applications.
