Description Lodgify is leading the vacation rental industry with innovative software, having raised $30M. The platform empowers property owners and managers to manage and market their rental businesses online. The team is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help users by responding quickly to customer support requests, troubleshooting, and guiding them on how to make the most of Lodgify.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information and advice to solve issues.
  • Respond to requests for assistance via email or telephone.
  • Maintain client relationships through product support.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Report customer feedback/issues.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills in English and French OR German.
  • Passion for creating the best customer experience.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries.
  • Familiar with cloud-based applications.
