This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and freedom. As a Czech Speaking Recruiter, you will play a vital role in connecting talented candidates with the right job opportunities abroad. You will utilize your language skills and knowledge of the Czech job market to identify and attract top candidates. In addition to being a language expert, you will also become well-versed in the industries we specialize in, including social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications. Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and recruit Czech-speaking candidates in various industries through online platforms, job boards, and networking.
  • Conduct screening interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, including preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating job offers.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of Czech-speaking candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise candidates and clients.
  • Utilize social media platforms and digital tools to enhance recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of the Czech job market and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
  • Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece.
