Responsibilities

  • Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and suitability for various job opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and employers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction with their job placements.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry news, and legislative changes related to hiring and employment in different countries.
  • Proactively seek out new sourcing channels and techniques to attract top-quality candidates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (verbal and written) is essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and employers.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for various job roles.
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece.
