Director of Regulatory and Market Access, LATAM

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote E-Space to national administrations, regulators, legislatures, and regional organizations.
• Develop a comprehensive and accurate understanding of market access requirements and timelines and report internally.
• Obtain approvals that maximize our ability to operate within countries’ regulatory structures.
• Work collaboratively across the company with other business units to achieve E-Space objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive regulatory experience with telecom authorities and in-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment in Latin America and associated countries.
• Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and communicating licensing and regulatory information internally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with regulatory and licensing issues in the satellite industry.
• Extensive experience with ITU and spectrum engineering.
