Job Description

Description Nuvani London are recruitment specialists providing senior professionals to luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants & members clubs across The UK, Europe, Middle East & Indian Ocean. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales for a luxury resort in the Maldives. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Middle East market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximise revenue and market share in the Middle East market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and attending industry events and conferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance targets and providing guidance and support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, making strategic adjustments to stay ahead in the market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management and clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry, specifically focused on the Middle East market
  • Must speak Arabic
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Middle East market, including key players and trends
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Middle East market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the Middle East market
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to travel as required
