As a Dutch Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting top talent with the right employers, ensuring a perfect match for both parties.

Responsibilities

• Conducting candidate searches using various sourcing methods
• Evaluating candidate qualifications and conducting initial interviews
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates that meet client requirements
• Managing the full recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations
• Building and maintaining a network of qualified candidates
• Providing timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to optimize recruitment strategies and processes

Requirements

• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
