As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting potential candidates for various job positions within the consumer services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific job requirements and preferences.
  • Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the consumer services industry is a plus.
