Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various consumer services positions.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for job requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
- Utilize various platforms, including social media and job boards, for outreach and candidate engagement.
- Prepare candidate resumes and profiles for presentation to clients.
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
