Role & Responsibilities
Enrolment Strategies and Targets
- Develop and implement innovative enrolment strategies across the Liwa group of schools and Teddy Bear nurseries.
- Lead data-driven enrolment initiatives for student acquisition and retention through effective targeting, segmentation, and personalized outreach.
- Oversee the enrolment lifecycle ensuring a seamless experience for parents, maintaining satisfaction across all Liwa schools and nurseries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to set clear enrolment goals and benchmarks.
Marketing and Brand Development
- Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract new and retain existing students.
- Position the schools' brand effectively in the market through compelling narratives and targeted messaging.
- Work with Liwa's marketing team to craft engaging content and strategies that drive awareness and applications.
- Benchmark competitor marketing activities for continuous improvement.
Leadership and Training
- Manage frontline teams to meet and develop KPIs and objectives.
- Identify and deliver training needs for staff, implementing workshops and on-the-job training.
Parent Engagement and Retention
- Foster strong relationships between schools and parents, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
- Develop initiatives to enhance parent satisfaction and increase student retention rates.
Recruitment and Outreach
- Represent Liwa education at recruitment events and conferences to attract students.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to increase application admissions conversions.
Metrics and Reporting
- Monitor enrolment/marketing KPIs and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Measure marketing campaign success and recommend optimization based on data.
KPIs
- Monitor progress against annual goals related to enrolment/marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Experience & Skills
- 5 years of relevant experience with a proven record of achieving enrolment targets.
- Excellent communication skills, ideally bilingual (Arabic + English).
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and processes.
Stakeholders
- Reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Enrollments.
