We are actively seeking a seasoned and dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to become an integral part of our team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT outsourcing sector.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to propose customized solutions for potential clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining services, pricing, and terms.
  • Conduct negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements, successfully close deals and secure contracts with clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, forecasting, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Represent Trinetix at key local technology events + business trips within TN and surrounding states.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services sales
  • Experience with a focus on enterprise sales or a related field.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approach to the C-suite and Mid-level executives.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing deals with clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Adept at networking and expanding the client base.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach while engaging the network of contacts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive contact network and experience in working with the professional services industry/public accounting (PwC, EY, KPMG), healthcare domain.
