ABOUT THE SALES TEAM
The sales team is a dynamic group, engaging in exciting and complex client interactions, making each day unique. The team consists of key players such as Business Development Executives (BDEs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Customer Experience Operations (CX Ops), Fulfillment, Delivery, Marketing, and Finance. The team is currently located across 3 continents and the experience level is mostly midpoint of 5-10 years.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Executive Business Administrator, your primary responsibility is to function as the right-hand person to Managing Director of Sales and Business Development. You play a crucial role in the establishment and growth of a globally successful sales force. The position demands a dynamic approach, involving tactical operations, industry research, data analysis, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Your role is diverse, contributing to the overall success of the organization as you navigate through the challenges of a rapidly expanding enterprise.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following must-have requirements:
- Sales and Marketing Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing combined is essential, showcasing your expertise in these domains.
- Technology Proficiency: High proficiency, if not expertise, in Salesforce and Salesloft is crucial. While not expected to be an administrator, you should know how to maximize the potential of these platforms.
- Learner's Mindset: A willingness to learn and adapt is crucial in the ever-evolving landscape of sales and marketing.
- People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to advocate for the team and effectively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Content Creation and Marketing Skills: Experience in creating content and marketing assets adds value to the role.
- Alliances/Channel Experience: Familiarity with alliances and channel partnerships contributes to a broader understanding of the sales ecosystem.
- Consulting or Staff Augmentation Experience: Experience in consulting or staff augmentation providing additional insights into the industry further enriches the probability of success within this role.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as the Executive Business Administrator are centered around supporting the Managing Director of Sales in becoming an effective sales leader. These include:
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitating relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, including clients, alliance partners, BDEs, BDRs, CX Ops, Fulfillment, Delivery, Marketing, and Finance.
- Sales Governance: Creating an environment where the sales team has confidence in obtaining proper credit for leads and opportunities. Ensuring accurate data and information are included in all opportunities for success.
- Technology Enablement: Offering insights and suggestions to maximize the investment in key sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info.
- Delivery Excellence: Providing knowledge and input to streamline the customer journey and enhance content creation and delivery.
- Prospective Client Excellence: Conducting research on emerging opportunities, organizing field events, and presenting creative solutions to distinguish the company from competitors.
- Operational Excellence and Efficacy: Ensuring efficient time, schedule, and effort prioritization for the Managing Director, addressing critical issues, and gathering information for decision-making.
- Hiring Support: Assisting in hiring critical roles, from sourcing to shortlisting and interviewing.
Multiplier Role: Becoming the second pair of eyes and ears for the Managing Director, effectively networking within the organization, building rapport with the leadership team, and representing them in meetings, when necessary.Would you like to join us as we work hard, have fun and make history?
