Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for spare parts in international markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including prospecting and lead generation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners globally.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding spare parts and their applications.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, product trends, and customer needs in different regions.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation required for international shipments.
  • Coordinate with logistics and regulatory teams to manage shipments and resolve any export-related issues.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers and distributors.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for spare parts and related services.
  • Work closely with the inventory, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop support materials for global markets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and technological advances in the field of spare parts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform management.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or threats.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or another related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years in a similar role with a proven track record in Export Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets and export regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
