As a Finnish Speaking Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting exceptional candidates for various positions. Your main responsibilities will include conducting interviews, evaluating qualifications, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Prior experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent sourcing and networking abilities
• Ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
