Job Description

Are you a passionate Front-End Engineer with a deep love for JavaScript and SEO? At Justlife, we’re on a mission to create exceptional web experiences that make a positive impact.

We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer to join our team and help us build the next generation of user-friendly and SEO-optimized web applications.

What we expect from you:

• Develop and maintain front-end components of web applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
• Prototyping, testing, and iterating upon new features
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to deliver a seamless user experience
• Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets
• Solid understanding of Node.js and Express for server-side development and Collaborate closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration
• Implement SEO best practices to improve our web applications’ search engine rankings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end, SEO, and JavaScript trends and technologies
• Work with Product Managers, Design Team and Developers and manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven, team environment.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Proficiency in Vue.js and Nuxt.js, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
• Solid understanding of Node.js and Express for server-side development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS and SASS
• Proficiency in server-side rendering (SSR) and building progressive web apps (PWAs)
• Proven experience in implementing SEO best practices to enhance website visibility
• Experience in performance optimization using tools such as Lighthouse or PageSpeed
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and libraries will be a plus
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)will be plus
• Experience with modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, Vite) will be a plus
