Nas Academy is the educational arm of the Nas Company. Launched in 2020, it has 4 main products:

• The Creator Accelerator Program: a 5 month program designed to help professionals 10x their social media reach.
• AI Program: Learn how to master writing, social media content and sales skills using AI tools
• University Courses: Partnering with institutions around the world to offer Nas Academy programs in content creation and AI.
• Corporate Partnerships: Working with some of the biggest brands in APAC and EMEA regions to provide creator education and UGC challenges

Nas Academy is looking for a General Manager, with a strong background in Enterprise Sales. The role covers a range of responsibilities across the business unit, to help Nas Academy scale its revenue profitably. The General Manager is the face of Nas Academy to strategic partners globally, from Education Institutions, to Corporations and Channel Partners.

**The General Manager will be responsible for:**Strategic Partnerships: Identifying and partnering with Educational institutions, Universities and Private colleges globally to offer Nas Academy’s programs within new and existing offerings. This includes accredited programs, degrees, diplomas and short courses.

Revenue Growth: Identify new and creative opportunities for Nas Academy to take its portfolio of products and offer them to different enterprise customers globally.

Channel Partnerships: Identifying strategic partners such as resellers, distribution networks and affiliate channels to help sell Nas Academy products in a scalable and efficient way.

Corporate Products: Developing and expanding Nas Academy’s offerings to Enterprise Clients such as Technology Companies and large Corporations interesting in Content Creation and AI EducationBusiness Strategy & P&L Management: Working with the Nas Academy leadership team to develop new opportunities for Nas Academy to expand its product line and geographic footprint. Delivering business targets as defined in the quarterly and annual plan, as well as creating a roadmap for long term success with clear steps and a strong focus on short term winsRequired Experience:

• We are looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial mentality and deep passion for taking emerging brands to new markets.
• A leader who thrives on dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment and solving complicated problems.
• Ideal candidates will have enterprise sales and leadership experience bringing new products to market, developing GTM strategy, growing high performing teams
• Experience in collaborating with educational institutions (beneficial, but not mandatory) such as course integrations, joint ventures, accreditation partnerships or others is a plus.
• You have fresh ideas – Always prepared to challenge the status quo and are interested in solving problems in new and innovative ways.
• You’re an excellent, influential communicator. You can adapt your communication style to different audiences. You’re able to persuade others and you aren’t afraid to challenge something when you need to.
• You’re able to develop deep and trusted relationships at C level with Partners, becoming a trusted advisor while helping shape Nas Company’s roadmap by sharing insights of what partners need and where the industry is going.
• You are highly strategic, with a strong bias to action/can-do mentality and a high degree of self-motivation
