What we’re looking for

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Events and Engagement Lead who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employees' experiences. The individual will be responsible for all employee-centric events, giveaways, competitions, and more. This role will require expert coordination, planning, and execution of corporate events and trips, ensuring that our teams have memorable and seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Organise, coordinate, and execute all staff events, ensuring they align with company values and objectives

Collaborate with third-party vendors including event management companies, hotels, restaurants, visa providers, and travel service providers

Oversee onsite event coordination, regardless of the involvement of external agencies.

Travel Coordination

Plan and manage company trips, including an annual trip to Dubai and multiple localised departmental trips

Liaise with flight operators and travel services to ensure smooth travel experiences for employees

Oversee internal giveaways and competitions/perks

Drive initiatives that enhance staff morale and foster a sense of community

Develop and manage the annual budget for the Employee Experience function, ensuring optimal allocation of resources

Raise proposals for executive approval, in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams

Maintain open channels of communication with internal departments, including reporting to senior management and presenting

event proposals to Executives

Ensure proper swag management and distribution to align with company branding and employee appreciation efforts

Requirements

Proven experience in corporate events management and team-building activities

Strong and demonstrable experience working autonomously

Strong networking and collaboration skills with third-party vendors and internal teams

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities

Experience working with multi-million dollar budgets

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Remote video screening with our Talent Acquisition Team

Remote 90 min video interview loop with 3 x Team Members (30 mins each)

24-72 hour feedback loops throughout process
