Global Expansion Manager - South Asia

Description In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding PayFuture’s geographical reach and payment method footprint across South Asia. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead growth initiatives by building and nurturing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders, including acquirers, regulatory bodies, and local payment processors. These collaborations will be essential in enhancing the payment ecosystem, ensuring that our global merchants have access to seamless and efficient payment solutions tailored to the unique needs of these markets.

Requirements Objectives of this role include identifying local key stakeholders, preparing market/competition analyses, negotiating and executing commercial partnerships and agreements, working with internal teams on operations/product/technology roadmap and integration of partnerships, analyzing performance results and optimizing accordingly, and staying on top of local regulatory/licensing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications You will be a good fit if you are aligned with our values of Belief, Positivity, Accountability & Ownership, Speed and Execution, hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with a minimum of 5+ years of international expansion, new market entry or tech marketplace experience with an emphasis on payments, are passionate with the drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team, are a strong team player with the ability to anticipate, work independently and demonstrate ownership, are an excellent and structured oral and written communicator, and write and speak fluent English. Additional languages are a bonus.
