Head of Partnerships

What this job involves:

• Leading, growing and training the team of project managers to successfully execute client productions and campaigns

• Developing and presenting creative content strategy and partnership proposals to prospective clients

• Negotiating, up-selling and closing contracts with inbound clients

• Supporting sales team with pitching to and closing deals with outbound clients

• Executing and managing ongoing projects as well as ensuring all projects in the team run smoothly by collaborating with scriptwriters and video editors

• Strategising and launching new products and initiatives to grow Nas Studios' presence and revenue globally

• Weekly reporting of revenue and costs associated with ongoing projects to determine profitability

• Reviewing and approving video concepts, proposals, pricing details and feasibility of taking up new projects and deals

• Explore and review any other ad-hoc projects and opportunities that may open up new doors for Nas Studios

Sound like you? To apply, you need to be/have:

• 5 years of experience in account management, creative strategy and video productions
• Should understand social media content and be up to date with how social content is evolving
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and build trust with partners.
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Familiarity with Nas Daily content and brand is essential
• To love speed and efficiency and have the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines while delivering quality work
• Should be adaptable to changes, great at multitasking, solution-oriented and think outside the box
