Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to lead our dynamic team in Dubai. As Head of Product at Coral, you will work closely with the CTO and executive team to spearhead product development and strategy. You will play a pivotal role in crafting the product roadmap, overseeing product design and development, and ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market. Your expertise will be crucial in driving Coral's product innovation, ensuring alignment with our mission of sustainability and technological advancement.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Coral’s overall goals. Lead the product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Work hands-on with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product objectives are met. Facilitate communication across departments to align goals and execution.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and market trends. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
• User Experience Focus: Champion a user-centric approach in product design and functionality. Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key product metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product offerings.

Requirements

• Innovative Thinking: Proven ability to innovate in product development within the technology sector, experience in cleantech and sustainability is a bonus.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience in developing and executing product strategies in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership in Product Management: 3-5 years of demonstrated success in leading product teams and managing a diverse range of products.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on user experience and market trends.
• Collaborative Approach: Ability to work cross-functionally, driving innovation and alignment with overall company goals.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market needs and business priorities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Design or a related field; Master’s preferred.
