About the Company Our client is a tech-driven startup revolutionizing the moving and storage industry with innovative solutions. Based in London, they offer a seamless, end-to-end service that includes removals, storage with collection and delivery, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and international shipping. With a commitment to transparency, reliability, and competitive pricing, our client has recently secured £1 million in Seed funding to drive its growth and expansion plans.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets, conversion rates, and upsell goals
  • Develop and implement sales playbooks and scripts
  • Hire, train, coach, and mentor a sales team of 6-15 representatives
  • Create a competitive KPI and incentive structure for the sales team
  • Act as a player-coach, engaging directly with clients and leading by example
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales strategies and processes

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2C sales and 3 years in managing B2C sales teams
  • Proven track record of scaling a B2C company from £1-2M to £5-10M or more in annual revenue
  • Experience in hiring, training, and managing sales teams of 6-15 people
  • Ideally, experience in the UK moving/storage market
  • Startup experience and a player-coach mentality
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work UK hours
