Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead our Nas Summit team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales and securing sponsorships for events. As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sponsorship opportunities for Nas Summit events.
What this job involves:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to drive sponsorship revenue for Nas Summit events.
- Identify target markets, industries, and potential sponsors to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and objectives of prospective sponsors and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and event planning, to ensure alignment of sponsorships with event objectives and deliverables.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to sponsors throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiation of terms and contracts.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools and systems.
- Continuously optimize sales strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to event sponsorships and partnerships.
- Use insights to identify new opportunities and innovate sales approaches to stay ahead in the market.

- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the events or conference industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for storytelling and making a positive impact through media content.
