Description As our Head of Sales, you will take on a pivotal role at PayFuture, serving as the face of our company and working closely with the Co-Founders, Business Development & Account Management team. You will be the primary point of contact for potential merchants, strategic partners, and third-party collaborators looking to align with us. This position holds significant responsibility, as you will lead the charge in driving new business development, generating revenue from new clients, and fostering the growth of our existing client base. Your ability to forge strong relationships with both new and current partners will be key to our continued success. In this role, you will also play a crucial part in shaping and refining our sales strategy. This includes enhancing our existing methodologies and tools to ensure we capture key merchants in our target markets. Your leadership will be essential in establishing and nurturing ongoing relationships with prospective clients, and you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating team efforts in client outreach. When required, you will serve as the principal point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the sales process. Your expertise and vision will drive our sales team’s success and position PayFuture as a leader in the industry.

Requirements

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximise market penetration within the cryptocurrency, FX, and gambling industries
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team. Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners in cryptocurrency, FX, and gambling. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with clients to develop customised payment solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement systems to track sales performance, monitor key metrics, and generate regular reports for senior management. Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimise sales effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the sales team and across departments. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
