Take over a 3-month fixed term position as a Housekeeping Trainer in UAE in the Quality department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

  • Implement training programs for housekeeping/cleaning staff; conduct initial hard skills and soft skills training, ongoing training, and refresher training for service partners in accordance with quality and performance standards
  • Schedule regular quality assurance visits to sites to assess and inspect service partners' performance. Coach service partners on the job and witness their development, teach them the gold standard of housekeeping
  • Educate service partners on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards and re-training service partners who fall below the established standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain a variety of quality records and reports

What we are looking for:

  • Work experience as a Housekeeping Trainer or a similar role is required
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or home cleaning supervisor roles is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with practical cleaning and maintenance tasks, tools, and products
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Good grasp of public speaking techniques and conducting training
  • Proficient in written and verbal English - additional languages such as Nepali, Urdu, Tagalog and Arabic is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Being adaptable, proactive, and able to think outside the box
