Description We are seeking an accomplished Director of HR with 25 years of experience to lead and transform our human resources function in the dynamic FinTech/RegTech/SaaS industry. This strategic leadership role requires an expert in HR management who can drive organizational growth, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations. The Director of HR will partner with senior executives to align HR strategies with business objectives and champion initiatives that support our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals and growth ambitions. Partner with the executive team to drive strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, organizational development, and change management. Provide thought leadership on emerging HR trends and best practices within the fintech/regtech/SaaS sectors.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the fintech/regtech/SaaS space. Lead the development and execution of talent management programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career progression. Enhance the employee experience through innovative programs that promote engagement, development, and retention.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and compliance requirements specific to fintech and SaaS environments. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain legal and ethical standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
  • Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to build and sustain a positive organizational culture that aligns with company values and supports business objectives. Lead organizational design and development efforts to support business growth and transformation. Implement change management strategies to effectively navigate organizational changes and foster a resilient workforce.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Oversee employee relations strategies to address and resolve workplace issues and conflicts. Promote a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and respect within the organization. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and analyze HR metrics to provide insights into workforce trends, performance, and effectiveness. Prepare and present comprehensive HR reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
