Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent in the accounting industry.
- Oversee and enhance performance management systems to drive employee engagement.
- Lead employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as HR Director or in a similar senior HR role, preferably in the accounting industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
