  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and maintaining a positive workplace
  • Design and implement training and development programs for employee growth
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain employee records
  • Monitor and report on employee performance, conducting evaluations as necessary
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective communication across all levels of the organization Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the accounting industry
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred
