Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points, aligning them with Bird’s CRM and communication solutions.
  • Use CRM software to manage lead information, track activity, and ensure data accuracy throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales or lead generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred) and sales enablement tools.
