ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as an Internal Communication and Marketing Fellow. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, event management, and possess excellent communication skills.

More specifically your role will include:

1. Internal Communication:

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
• Create engaging content for internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication platforms.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely dissemination of internal communications.
• Capture and create compelling visual content for internal communication purposes.

2. Community Management:

• Manage and nurture the internal community.
• Identify opportunities to celebrate achievements, milestones, and employee successes within the organization.

3. Event Management:

• Assist and coordinate events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events
• Evaluate the success of events and implement improvements for future initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in internal communications, marketing, or event management.
• Proficiency in creating visual content using mobile devices.
• Familiarity with phone-based applications for editing multimedia content.
• A keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
